IACHR, Call for contributions to develop REDESCA Work Plan
November 19
The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) Special Rapporteur on Economic Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights (REDESCA) is launching a participatory consultation process to develop its 2027–2029 Work Plan. As part of this process, REDESCA invites Member States, international organizations, national human rights institutions, civil society organizations, social movements, human rights defenders, academia, experts, the private sector and other interested parties to respond to a questionnaire (español/português/français) on the challenges and opportunities for ESC and environmental rights in the region and on REDESCA’s working methods. The questionnaire may be answered in full or in part, in any of the official languages of the OAS, and supporting documents may be attached. Deadline November 19.
