The UN Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (SPT) was scheduled to visit Rwanda.
However, due to the ongoing liquidity crisis at the UN this was subject to confirmation and this visit no longer appears on the Subcommittee’s list of scheduled visits.
