The Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) is scheduled to hold its 103rd pre-sessional working group from September 29 to October 2. Under the traditional reporting procedure, the Committee will engage with stakeholders and prepare lists of issues concerning Belize, China (including Hong Kong and Macao), and South Sudan regarding the Optional Protocol on the involvement of children in armed conflict. Under the simplified reporting procedure, it will engage with stakeholders concerning Sierra Leone and prepare lists of issues prior to reporting for Australia, Barbados, Lebanon, and Trinidad and Tobago.
