The ACHPR Committee for the Prevention of Torture in Africa (CPTA) has issued a call for papers for its newsletter on “Torture and Digital Surveillance in Africa.” Contributions should analyze the use, supervision, and misuse of digital surveillance in Africa and its impact on the prevention and punishment of torture and ill-treatment.
